What are the steps in our two-tiered cell banking process?
- After clonal selection, we create a primary cell bank (PCB)
- We split the PCB into a research cell bank (RCB) and a master cell bank (MCB)
- We use the RCB to create a development cell bank (DCB) and the MCB to create a working cell bank (WCB)
We characterize the purity, identity and stability of the DCB and the MCB at the start of the process, and then periodically after that.
