  • Real-time PCR at expression, transfection and scale-up steps
  • High-throughput clone screening during scale-up and top-pool selection
  • Critical quality attribute (CQA) testing for:
    • Titer estimation
    • Identity confirmation by SDS PAGE, western blot, intact mass and peptide mapping
    • Glycan analysis by hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC)
  • Early screening of pools and clones during clone picking, scale up and selection
