Protein and antibody reagents

Our comprehensive offerings in advanced modalities include:

Adeno-associated virus (AAV) is a versatile viral vector used for gene therapy delivery. AAVs can be engineered to specifically deliver DNA to target cells, making them ideal for various therapeutic applications. We offer in vitro POC for major AAV serotypes and an off-the-shelf AAV plasmid kit (AAVEnzene®) for producing rAAV particles. For gene therapies, we utilize recombinant AAV (rAAV), which lacks viral DNA, providing a safe and effective delivery system for clinical and preclinical applications.

Our off-the-shelf AAV plasmid kit, AAVENZENE®, includes essential tools for producing rAAV particles:

  • AAV RepCap plasmid
  • AAV helper plasmid
  • AAV expression plasmid for cloning the gene of interest (GOI)

These plasmids encode key components for rAAV particle preparation. Using the three-plasmid (triple) transfection method, components are expressed and rAAV particles are produced. A positive control with yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) as the GOI is also provided.

Our services cover the entire RNA synthesis process, from design and optimization to large-scale production and purification.
